Meet the Masters of Fitness, Innovation, and Excellence at BPFIT
Eugenia and Tucker, both highly educated and seasoned in elite fitness facilities, initially met at NYC’s renowned Sports Training Institute (STI). Their journey began with rigorous education and training, which fueled their path to excellence. Post-STI, they collaborated with the PHYSIO SPORTS CENTER to help patients and athletes regain their fitness. Over time, they expanded into small group training, using Central Park as their outdoor gym. They also made significant contributions as fitness editors in publications like Weight Watchers, Glamour, Newsday, and more. Their innovations included the Prescriptkit program and ‘Shaping up America’s Green Thumb.’ Eugenia later took on the role of fitness manager at the Great Neck Fitness Club on Long Island, while Tucker continued to nurture what is now Bradshaw Personal Fitness, established in 1990.

Our core focus is on enhancing your performance and helping you reach your full potential.

Bradshaw Personal Fitness led an incredibly informative and engaging nutritional seminar for our girl’s high school lacrosse team (Syosset High School). They clearly outlined the role nutrition plays in sports, educated the athletes on how to read labels, and advised on how to eat throughout the day of a student-athlete to prime the body for optimal performance. They created an environment that encouraged interactive discussion and questions/answers. A+, Highly Recommend!

If you’re looking for the best fitness professionals around look no further. Their training programs are the best around and will ensure you never plateau. Constant varying and personalized for the individuals goal. No cookie cutter programming which is extremely hard to find. Their nutrition is also great. They don’t believe in dieting which I appreciate, they believe in finding the foods that work for you and staying in a certain window of macros. The Bradshaw’s are the best in the biz!!!!

I met Eugenia about 20 years ago working out together at our local gym. I was there to workout, but I could tell she loved and needed to workout. I think she had me at “hello” because of her wonderful personality as well as her vast knowledge in the fitness field. I didn’t know it at the time but that was what she studied in college and how she lived her life, five kids and all. She was always so helpful, not only to myself, but many other women that trained at this gym. Her wealth of knowledge, not only in the subject matter but in application to each individual’s needs, often astounded me. She saw instabilities with ease and was able to counter it with stabilizing and strengthening exercises to better all those she encountered. I have seen first hand how a body reacts to proper training. Whatever anatomy of the human body that has been damaged through wear and tear she rebuilds, so your body can continue functioning as a body should, and how I need it to as a mother. I never looked as good in my life after training with Eugenia and that was after I had my two children. She is one of the most hard working, selfless, driven woman I have ever met. She taught me how to move well by moving often. She took my body where it needed to be, a place where I had never felt as good.

Bradshaw Personal Fitness is a one stop shop for achieving excellence in sports. I have competed internationally for Great Britain, medaling in the commonwealth and European championships as a junior, and competed at an All-American level in NCAA Division 1. Despite the various elite coaches I have worked with, I learnt about my body and it’s strengths and weaknesses in ways I hadn’t before. Eugenia worked on my mobility, stabilization, and provided exercises to improve both. The exercises were challenging for me, but pushed me in the right direction as I train for the 2021 Olympics. Not only that, they provided a list of nutritional supplements to aid my strength and conditioning, and overall training plan which will coincide with my regular workouts. I am more than excited to continue to get better every week and hopefully make the 2021 Olympic dream come true.

I have known Mrs. Bradshaw and the Bradshaw family for 10+ years and she is one of the primary factors in my success on the track, both internationally as a former New Balance pro athlete, and for Baylor University in the NCAA D1. She is the best when it comes to strength workouts and nutrition and if you listen to what she says, and believe in the process it will get you to where you need to be.

The Bradshaw’s are an amazing family. If you’ve never met them, just expect a warm welcome no matter who you are. When it comes to fitness and nutrition, they take it very seriously. There isn’t a day that goes by they aren’t doing something active. For you athletes, they will design a program that is going to benefit you in every way, whether it be mobility, flexibility, strength and explosiveness. They have taught me along the way and I know it will benefit me currently and in the long run. They’re very dedicated to their craft. If you’re an athlete or just someone that wants to be in shape, BPFIT is the way to go. I promise you won’t regret it. They’re a young strong family that is very enjoyable to be around, why wouldn’t you want to train with them?

At 61 years old, I began my running journey at 53, completing 15 half marathons over 8 years. However, as I aged, the toll on my body became evident, with pain and tight muscles sidelining me after just 4 miles. Frustration and depression set in, until I met Gena. Her expert analysis of my running gait and personalized exercises transformed my life. With a plan focused on mobility, flexibility, glute and hamstring strength, and balance, I overcame my limitations. After just a few weeks, progress was evident, and in a few months, I felt like a new athlete. I can now run pain-free, complete single leg exercises, and have regained strength and flexibility. Gena’s dedication and expertise have been a game-changer. I’m forever grateful for her role in my athletic comeback.

I can’t say enough good things about the BPFIT family. I am a professional athlete and a very experienced and advanced weight lifter, and yet during the time that I have trained with Tucker Bradshaw and BPFIT they have provided me with the best training that I have ever received. They have taken my game as an athlete and my overall health to the next level and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their help. Their dedication to their clients and overall knowledge of every different type of training and nutrition is second to none. The expertise and guidance that BPFIT provides will allow your body to feel great and move well every day whether you’re an elite athlete or just trying to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. Simply the best around!

BPFIT has helped me in ways I can’t begin to explain. Last August, right before my freshman soccer season was to begin, I tore my MCL. I was devastated. I had never suffered any kind of serious injury in all my years of playing sports. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was a week shy of starting my college career and now I had to redshirt my freshman year. This summer I was determined but unsure where to begin. Eugenia basically nursed me back to health. She was kind but stern. There was no time to feel sorry for myself. If I wanted to reach my goal of being a college athlete I was going to have to work hard at it. At times during my recovery, she held my hand, and at times she pushed me through places I never thought I could get to. She became not only my trainer but my friend. Always with a kindness and cheerfulness that helped me get through my hardest day. As summer began and I was cleared to practice and play, I knew I was nowhere in shape and wanted to make a good impression for my coach and teammates who I felt I let down by getting injured. I had 2 months to get ready for my preseason. Eugeniahelped my friend (another college athlete) and I, get ready for our upcoming season. She helped motivate me and reach my goal of getting in shape, eating right and properly taking care of my body. I was able to pass all of my fitness tests and scored in the top 5 for all of the testing. I made my team and achieved my goal of becoming a college athlete. All thanks to Eugenia.
