Ladder Drills

Ladder drills are a complex series of movements performed on the, you guessed it…ladder, why we do them: beneficial for the central nervous system, multidirectional movements, any age can use them, low level plyometrics, used as a warm up or conditioning and just overall fun! Remember if you don’t move it you lose it!

Here are some drills we like to use with our athletes/clients of any age:

3)Single Leg Tap

4) Hip Switch
