Egg & Veggie Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:

6-7 organic eggs

1/2 cup whatever veggies you have

whatever cheese you want (optional)

Dash salt/pepper

In a bowl add the eggs and dash of salt/pepper. Chop up the veggies you want to add and cheese of choice, throw that into the bowl mix up well. In a muffin tin, butter it up so it doesn’t stick, pour in the egg mixture fill up half way in each space. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, enjoy!
