This dry rub/wet sauce combo will having you eating all of these BBQ Pork Ribs in one sitting. Simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
2 Racks of Pork Ribs
1 tablespoon salt/pepper
1 teaspoon Dry Oregano
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Dash of hot sauce(optional)
2 dashes of worecestor sauce
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of raw honey
First pre heat the oven to 225 degrees. Next mix the dry ingredients into a bowl (salt, pepper, dry oregano, garlic). Place to ribs onto a rack and rub the dry ingredients all over the ribs. Place them into the oven for two hours. Meanwhile in another bowl, you’re going to mix the wet ingredients (bbq sauce, hot sauce, honey, worecestor sauce, dijon mustard). Once the ribs are done cooking put the wet sauce all over the ribs and put back into the oven for another 15 minutes. EAT UP!
