Overnight Steel Cut Oats

This is one of our favorite breakfast options, not to mention super easy to make. You can make them overnight and leave them in the refrigerator or make them that morning.

Ingredients:

Bob’s Red Mill 1/2- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten free)

Bob’s Red Mill ¼ tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Bob’s Red Mill ¼ tablespoon ground chia seeds

Ripple Foods Protein Milk ½ cup

Raw honey 1 teaspoon

¼ cup wild blueberries, 1/2 banana or any type of fruit you enjoy

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or mason jar, you can either place in microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds eat as is or just place right into the refrigerator overnight and good to go in the morning!

Nutrition Fact: Chia seeds and Flaxseeds have a high amount of fatty acids, protein, antioxidants, and fiber. Great for digestion, hormonal control and brain function.
