We want to make eating habits and a healthier lifestyle easy and obtainable for anyone. Here we have a super easy and delicious side dish that works with anything: Pesto Cauliflower Rice.
Ingredients:
1 pack Cauliflower Rice (store bought or frozen)
1 tablespoon Basil Pesto (or any kind you like)
Salt/pepper to taste
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove chopped garlic
Handful of chopped parsley
First oil the pan and place garlic in, make sure it is hot before putting the cauliflower rice in. Once you place the rice in, add the pesto, salt/pepper and parsley. Mix and sauté for about 15-20 minutes, BAM DONE! Not only is this dish delicious but also healthy. Anyone that has gluten intolerance or sensitivity this is a great substitute.
