Speed and Agility

Here we have two football players, one an offensive player the other a defensive player. One collegiate, the other semi-pro (and coach here at Bradshaw Personal Fitness). Both position have elements of cutting, deceleration, change of direction and sprints, all of which happening on a single leg motion. We must be strong and stable doing so, if not injury can arise. If you don’t practice fast,  you won’t be fast on the field, court, track, etc. 

These are some examples of our speed and agility drills we use.
