Tahini Roasted Cauliflower

This super easy, delicious and gluten free option will have you asking for more. Cauliflower is a great way to add a vegetable and fullness to a meal.

Ingredients:

1 whole cauliflower

2 tablespoons of tahini

Handful of chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

 1 teaspoon raw honey

1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

Pinch of pink himalayan salt/pepper

1 tablespoon almond butter

First, wash and cut the stem cauliflower and then cut into steak like pieces so they lay flat on the sheet pan. Put a little olive oil on the sheet pan so the cauliflower doesn’t stick and pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. Now lets make the marinade, place all of the ingredients listed above into a bowl and mix well. Before we place this marinade on the cauliflower steaks, we’re going to cook them for about 15-20 minutes and then pour the marinade over and cook for another 10 minutes. BAM done! Enjoy=]
