We recently found that there is also an orange colored cauliflower! Taste is the same as a purple and white cauliflower, loaded with nutrients. Tahini is also great for anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients:
1 Orange Cauliflower bundle
1 tablespoon fresh tahini
1 tablespoon raw honey
Salt/pepper/thyme
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove chopped garlic
1 clove of chopped fresh ginger
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and cut the stem off of the cauliflower and cut it into slices so they lay flat on the sheet pan. Use a little olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan before places the slices on. In a separate bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt/pepper/thyme, tahini and honey, mix well. First, place the cauliflower in the oven to cook for about 10 minutes then add the marinade and place back in oven for about 20 minutes. Bam done, delicious side of vegetable.
